OK, no sex but there were brookies feeding on top. With about 2 hours of Sun left and the shadows falling across the stream, fish started coming out from the cuts under the banks. I had walked by this hole twice and made a common error, I thought about it. The thing to do when you see good water is fish it!! I started small,# 24 nymph and worked up to a # 14 Pheasant Tail. Second cast with the pheasant tail I caught a Brookie. I lost 3 larger fish as I could not get a good hook set. I yelled to my friend Tomk and he also cauht a brookie. They became active on top during a large caddis

hatch and continued until the hatch stopped. The sky was clear and the air was 80 degrees. Great fun on a Spring afternoon.

nice brookie greg - good size too. greg colors on the fish and nice photography. i had temp picture up there until now because for some reason i did not get your pics in my email until this afternoon.
