I met jeremy at a local fishing hole he knows about and thought we'd try our luck. I rigged up some nymphs and jeremy tied on his favorite, wooly buggers. We could see 12-18" brookies everywhere and the water was so clear you could watch our flys drift right into their mouths. After catching a few fish and boosting our egos we hiked up river where the water picks up and holds some nice salmon. We fished below the dam and jiggled wooly buggers in the white water, a technique used for steelhead fishing in small atreams. Well it works for trout too!! We had brookies jumping out of the current for our dancing flies and Jeremy hooked a nice fish in the

quick water. We worked our way down to a nice run for salmon but only caught this brown. Hey we'll take it. A fun afternoon of fishing close to home.
