Bald Eagle Video: Hi-Speed Only

Flyfishing in south west Florida is truly an experience. The weather, the water temperature, the species of fish all change. Yesterday I was fishing with some locals from a seawall here in Naples. I was fly casting and the boys were banging bait off the bottom. Well the bait guys were catching small Mangrove Snappers (very good eating) placing their catch on the grass behind them. I look

up the wall and see a bald eagle swoop down and help himself to one of the fish. Off he goes WOW now that’s a fisherman… In a few minutes here he comes for another, swoop and he’s off again. This went on for 6 fish. Mister eagle cleaned out the whole catch. Watch the video as he gets lazy… Never know what you’re going to see fly fishing south west Florida. See ya on the water - Joe-m
