June 21 and still catching trout!!! My 2 friends and I fished 10:00 till 2:00. I fished the river before so I instructed on what flies to use. Well we can all learn from that, no one told the fish that’s what they are eating … My friend Eric put on this big old

black fly I never saw in before “ this one will work” After 50 or so cast to a feeding fish the dam thing did work he hooked and I netted a 4lb 22” brook trout. Well after that we all started looking for that special fly. No luck … As the day went on I did manage to fool a big squaretail with a stimulator about 20” 3.5 lbs and another 18” 2 lb +/- Poor George just had a nice day casting.. We met a fisherman from Kansas he did catch 3 or 4 trout and 1 salmon “ all you need to do is dial in to there world” well George had the wrong number See ya on the stream Joe-m
