| Orvis has these rods on sale now and I was wondering if anybody had any experience with them. I was thinking of picking up a salt 6 for bay and backwater specks and reds and a 8wt for my wade fishing. |

| I've had great success down here in MS with a red over yellow deep minnow with either red are pearl krystal flash. The local fly fishermen call it the fire fly. Simple yet effective. |
