A very interesting few days are coming up - a few of us on the east coast are heading to the Salmon River NY and Jason-C and his buds on the west coast are heading to Salmon River Idaho...Will be cool to see some content from both rivers.

Hey Jason - are those all wild steelies in the salmon river (idaho)? - have you fished it before? spey rods or convetional gear? do the steelies get big?

PS - HEY JASON - HOW LONG ARE YOU GONNA HOLD OUT BEFORE SHARING SOME OF YOUR BC STEELHEAD TRIP CONTENT - COMMON CAN'T WE SEE JUST ONE OF THOSE WILD BC STEELIES?

Don't worry the BC stuff is coming. Right now I am in Idaho on the Salmon. We hooked 7 fish landed 4. My buddy landed a monster. All spey all day. We did an eight mile float. It was killer. I wil try to get some pics up. Right now it is eat sleep and tie some flies. Not in that order. Remember "the tug is the drug."
