Made the solo suicide run to the SR. I had high hopes with the water temp up from earlier in the week. I started in a well known area on this site and had two steel in by 8:45. That area seemed to slow down so I moved to the main river and had 12 happy faces to look at across the water. I lost a nice one there and then moved to another spot with nothing happening there. When I moved up river there were people up river so I moved to the first spot and I got a small brown. Then the invasion happened, about 14 people showed up. With the high water and leaky waders I tried to find a shallower spot to fish with no luck. Left an hour earlier than planned due to the leak. All in all a good day. Below is a self portrat of the best fish of the day. High banks are good camera platforms in a pinch. |

| Great shot. Not a bad day when you can get a couple to hand and take a photo. |

| Great report and nice pic of a beauty. Arent the solo suicide runs the best? Some times you just get to move at your own pace and fish where you want. Swing any flys or did all fish come the the bugs? |
