I just joined this great site. On my page it says the following:
"Actual User Status: Online
You're not subscribed to our Newsletter
Points you have by participating on the site's content: 0
You are not subscriber of Flies And Fins.
Points you have by participating on the site's content: 0"
Am I missing something? I do not see where to sign up etc.

glad you like the site - welcome aboard.
some of the things you see - we are not using at this point and time - so don't worry about them - other things you can change.
look at the top left navigation bar - click on "My Account/LOGIN" - from here you can change your personal settings - and wether or not to recieve a newsletter - however this site is updated so much and people seem to come every day - it's kinda like a living breathing newsletter - so we don't really send out a newsletter - not to mention we are kinda lazy and fly fishing comes first  - so keep checking back cuz you may never hear from us 
again - welcome to flies and fins. hope to see some fish tales from you - that's what makes this site great - it's kinda run by everyone. no bs - just fish tales. where are you from? |
