Well, my waders I think are officially unrepairable. Had them for years and years and its time for some new ones. I'm a little out of touch with some of the newer styles and what not. Hoping someone could give me opinion. I know I'll get some breathables, but not sure exactly what I want. Well, yes I do- nothing outragously priced. Best bang for the buck.

Of all the things to save a penny on, waders are the LAST thing you want to pinch on. Cheap waders WILL let you down. Get the best wader you can afford. I would recommend Simms over anything else. For the price the Rivertek waders are great. They sell for just under $300. I have seen countless faulty Dan Baileys, Cabelas, Orvis, Hodgemans, etc.. Just my .02

So what do you wear in the mean time while you are waiting for a replacement pair? What do you use when you are on a week long Alaskan float trip and your cheap waders fail? Warranties are nice, but nothing beats a quality product that will not fail you when you need them most.
