Just finished an unbelievable Day on the Salmon River with Jeremy, Pat and my friend Nate. 8 Steelhead landed all over 31" and HOT.....Killer footage to follow. Will be fishing Tomorrow as well on some Tributaries. All these fish had us into our backing and many acrobatic leaps. Warmer water temps and hungry fish = heart pounding battles.

I am in the car now on my new internet phone, pda, web browser.....just got done flyfishing with patm and waterwhippa. We caught so many bright, beautiful wild rainbows. Wait till you see the footag. We got some killer underwater video and some good battles. Everyone got fish and the tributaries were crystl clear. 70 degrees and sunny and world class salmonids in priceless waters. We basically had the rivers to ourselves.. Some of the fish were so fresh that their fins were transparent. Can,t wait for everyone to see the photography and videography. Thanx so much waterwhippa, it was a day I will always remember and I am sure pat will too. Thans for sharing yoour spots with us....we prommise to keep the locations between us. I hope tha river always stays like that. Thanks again.........jeremy and patm

Totally amazing! I was really thrilled that the fish were there today and they were so Fresh. I really don't think I could have shared the waters of my youth with two finer people. I found great satisfaction in watching the expressions on your faces while line was peeling off your reels and the chromers took to flight. Beautiful rainbows in a natural setting, a couple of fly rods and the secret pattern made for a day that will not be forgotten by any of the participants.

Its thursday, 3 days since we fished the salmon river and tributaries. What a rush. I watch jeremy's video several times a day. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the opportunity to fish with you guys. My family is concerned about me. I seem to be in a daze all the time and whenever I hear the word steel, rain, fish, river, etc my eyes glaze over. Saw my primary care dr today. He has referred me to a specialist Dr. Fishalot. hope I can get the help I need.

Pat, I hear you loud and clear. We have rain in the forecast for the next three days. My girlfriend leaves for Florida tomorrow and all I can do is obsess over what tributary I will fish for the next three days. I spent the better part of two hours in the dentist chair yesterday. Had a rather intrusive surgery, when it was over the dentist knowing me and how hardcore i fly fish said " You will be taking it easy this weekend right?" I just looked at him like he was from Mars and replied " of course" Yeah right, I can't wait to get back down there. Fifteen sutures or not. I hope he snugged em' down good.
Tightlines,
Dave
