Hey All,
I've got a wedding to go to in Cape Cod in a few weeks and I'm wondering if anyone knows a great guide to recommend who's near to Falmouth? Thanks! |

Hey --- I tend to do most of my saltwater fly fishing in Maine and Rhode Island, just because that is what I know and where I live now and grew up respectively ... however, i do have a few really good friends that fish the cape religiously and come to fish with me in maine and rhode island and i emailed one of them for you ... as i know that his recommendation would be right inline with mine because we have very similar fly fishing styles ... anyway, here is his response .. and the link to Tony's guide page on "fishing the cape"
"I would suggest going through Fishing on the Cape and ask for Tony Biskey. He is a bit rough aroung the edges but our kind of a guy, he is also one of the best guys for sight casting I have ever known."

i live down here in falmouth, and while i don't know any guides personally, i would say try giving bad fish outfitters a call. they are connected to some folks who could help you out. 508 563 3474.
if you have a day or two free and don't feel like shelling out the cash, i would be happy to meet up with you and range the shore line for an afternoon, evening or early morning. i have a small skiff with a very short range, i do most of my fly fishing from shore. we might be able to get ourselves into a few fish.
