I typically fish it as a dropper off a prince nymph and fish it on the swing - trout and salmon just love it...looks kinda like emerger when in the swinging motion.,,anyway here is the pattern,. Can you tie me a few like that with the bead head. What would be sweet would be a black bead head on one of those puppys. Jeremy, i'm gonna tie some more of these so I can use them for nymphing with you, what sizes? Tungsten or lead bead? They showed a fly that is popular in N. Carolina called a "Sheep Fly" . I think it was supposed to mimic what I've always heard of as horseflies, a large biting fly. Looked just like your adams wet except the wings were tied flat against the body.
