I fished the Salmon river 2 weeks ago...it was high as all get out
(1800cfs...pretty high for me anyway!) I had a tough time to say the least. I only caught one brown, and lost several other fish...well I get to try it again on Thursday! It just so happens that work has put me 2 hrs. north of pulaski this week, and I am going to get to fish Thursday! I have tied up replacements for the flies I lost, and added a few more to the arsenal...wish me luck, cuz I know I am gonna need it!
(I can't wait to try out the new waders...you know, the ones without leaky seams in the feet!!  ) |
