I am very familiar with the bar scene in wesport, norwalk ct and stamford area from many moons ago .. but never wet a line down there ... good luck, hope you can find some info ... ya know who may or may not know? todd "aka flyaddict" he runs the site www.flyaddict.com and i know they do a bunch of striper fishing in ct. (north of stamford) .. perhaps they fish that area too? .. good luck man.

Hey shaq! .. Some info came through from facebook friend. Here is what he had to say. Hope this finds you in time - Good luck bro.

Chris Mantz - I've guided the area for a few years now... Westport has Compo Beach Flats off of Compo Rd... To the east is Fairfield with Penfield Reef off of Reef Rd... If it has to be Stamford I would recommend Cove Island Park off of Weed Ave. There is a dam where brackish water flows into a one lane outflow into the sound. Since parking is expensive park on the street before the park on the left hand side. Walk into the park and go left all the way to the water. It's a straight shot. The dam is extremely slippery and only 5' wide so use caution.

All of these locations are only a few miles off of their respected exits on 95. If it's going to be the Stamford spot use the Exit for 106 off 95 and turn onto US If anyone has any questions feel free to message me.
