I would look at both Waterworks Lamson reels or Ross Reels. They both have a range of different models for good price points that hold up very well and perform great in saltwater. Both also have very good lifetime warranties.

For 9 wt - 11 wt I would strongly recommend Lamson Lightspeed 4 - same drag as their more expensive models and indestructable finish

There is a web store out there called DEALS ON THE FLY. Need to check it out. It is a one item at a time, but killer deals. Last night there was a Hardy reel for a killer price...it might be back, but at any rate, check this out:

Check out the price that Red Truck Flyfishing has on Abel Super 10 and Big Game 4 reels. And I know I will get blasted for this but here goes.

If you are going to be serious about saltwater flyfishing, especially if you want to try and catch a tuna, then forget "mid priced reels". Tuna will eat you up.
