Just picked up an old bamboo rod at an auction for $15 bucks. The cane is in visibly good condition so I thought I would fix it up with some new guides and a mild refinish. I've worked on modern rods but never with bamboo. Any suggestions on online resources? I'm a visual learner and would like some aids.
