From the net:

Fly Fishing in Anguilla

Unfortunately, there are few fishing opportunities on Anguilla. There are some flats behind the Straw Hat restaurant but not much reported hanging around these flats.

There are some bonefish, snapper and tarpon deep under the large dock near Sandy Ground.

Sandy Cay could be good for jacks near the north-west reef and near the ship-wrecked boat.

Near Silly Cay huge Tarpon gather after dark at the end of the public dock.

There are also reports of lady fish and jacks along the beaches.

Ian's Chandlery in Sandy Ground does near shore guided trips and rents equipment.

Nope, I just googled with a few keywords and voila! that stuff came up.
Anguilla sounds like a place where you anchor your yacht and zip cocktails all day.
The only time I heard anything about Anguilla was I think at the Fort Lauderdale boat show where all these Carribean Islands where advertising to lure in the yacht crowd.

Since it is the British West Indies I tried to find something on the British forums but none was to be found there.
Still the island has an interesting flag, looks promising Very Happy
