I make these and sell them for $6 each in any taper and any color the costomer wants.
I was taught by a man who I have grown to respect and is a great fisherman, we have become best friends.
I passed on what I learned to my friend Caleb (Fishking7) and we both furl and sell our own leaders.
I love these leaders. They have no memory what so ever and cast better than any other leader product that I know of. I will never go back to knotless leaders again. They really exell with dry flies, and you can fish with them in any condition.

yeah - fisherboy and fishking7 are 2 maine kids that make UNBELIEVABLE hand tied furled leaders - in addition to that they tie flies night and day - probably some of the best fly tiers i have ever met . no kidding...i am serious....they are awesome. you should have them post a picture of their fly boxes - the proof will be in the pudding....
So - if your looking to get some quality furled leaders and/or some nice hand tied flies from 2 Maine kids who have a passion for fly fishing like no others - feel free to use this website as a conduit to communicate with them.. I have seen their work and their dedication to fly tying and fly fishing and that is why....i would gladly endorse their talents...

Like Jeremy said I tie my own flies and live in Maine. I enjoy tying flies and they do catch fish. Caleb and I tie flies all night long, and sleep on the ride back to our houses in Jeremy's car
I don't have any pictures of my flies on hand at the moment, and i'm about to leave to Florida, but I will post some one I get back home. I will always tie flys for customers that want them, let alone leaders.

I started using them last season. Fantastic turnover and presentation. All you have to do is place a tippet on. You can literally cast the leader like a fly line. Try that with a regular leader. They are made sort of like braiding hair. Give them a try!

I sell furled leaders as well like austin and jeremy mentioned, but I am much more into the whole thing. He taught me to ty them and since then I have started my own company and sell them to fly shops. I make them out of uni-thread, kevlar, or if wanted gelspun thread. The advantages of fuled are amazing: they cast just line ur fly line, turn over flys with presice presentation (no more pile ups), they are much more accurate, they are shock absorbers, they are neutral bouyancy, they blend in with the background colors, they have loop to loop conections for easy changes, and they last forever. I make them in all different tapers (note: all leaders are tapered, like the mono ones) fom dry/nymph, streamer, nymph+indicator, and big bug, also coming soon will be striper tapers. Also, I ty them in any color imaginable as well as combinations like my best seller camo (brown+olive). If u are interested u can email me at 2pleasant@comcast.net, or u can just pm me here.

How invisilbe are thy compared to flourocarbon. Flourocarbon is a must for many situations around here. I know you guys are fans of furled leaders but there have to be some disadvantages you guys know of.
