Alaska , the newest chapter of The Fly Fishing Book by fliesandfins.com is complete. Brandon (aka kodiakcommando) has been a member of fliesandfins.com for as long as anyone can remember. Brandon is a full time resident of Kodiak, Alaska - and through the years we have vicariously fished with him via his fish tales on fliesandfins.com. Brandon has guided in various parts of the state and has spent more time than anyone we know fly fishing Alaska for every species of Salmon, trout, char and a variety of other species. Therefore, it only made sense to have the crew member with the most hands on knowledge of Alaska to write a chapter of "The Fly Fishing Book" by fliesandfins.com. I think everyone will really like this chapter because it is designed to help anyone who wants to know more about Alaska in regards of when to go, where to go, what species to target, other things to see, what to bring and lot's of insight into "The Last Frontier" - So, grab a cup of coffee or a beer or whatever you drink ... and enjoy this chapter! Awesome chapter Brandon. So much information I am trying to process what I just read.... my excitement for July trip up there just went up another notch.
I think I am going to have to print this out and read it again.
