It's almost red salmon season which means the liners will be out. Liners for those who don't know are fisherman who purposely snag fish and it's a practice that i hate! I have met many fly fisherman who do it and say it's still fly fishing, i disagree. I was wondering if lining is a problem where you guys fish?
