grew up in Utah fishing provo and weber rivers, but find myself in Dallas, TX now. Is there anyone out there with tips for finding good spots here in the metroplex to keep up my casting skills?

There is a fishing blog called Angler Wannabe, a really fun read about a guy who used to live in Virginia, then moved to the Provo and tried the fishing there. His job seems to have sent him to Houston, TX, and he's discovering that fishing does not end in Utah. http://ananglerwannabe.blogspot.com/

New Mexico can't be that far? Amazing fishing. And Arkansas tailwaters? Lousiana coastal salt water fly fishing? I'd kill to be where you are.
