so, i was talking with a friend and we were saying how easy it is for fly fishermen to tell about all the fish they HAVE caught and to rely on all the things they know and are comfortable with ...... turning the tables is fun too .... and certainly humbling and forces a fly fisherman to realize that there is so much to do and learn in the world of fly fishing .... and i am constantly amazed every day when i check this site to see new people from all parts of the globe ... germany, french west indies, france, england, every state in usa, south africa, italy, romania, argentina, new zealand, scotland, canada, denmark ... and on and on .... i can't help to think to myself ... "my god, there is so much going on out there .... and my little world is such a small piece of the puzzle." ... so, with that said .. would be cool if people were willing to list all the fish they have never caught and would like to catch ... and i bet that what we will find is that some peoples dreams are other peoples every day realities and visa versa ......

So .. here goes for me .. A list of all the fish I have never caught on the fly .. that I would like to!.. not in any order of preference .. just a list... i'll stop at 20 and keep it short.

Jeremy,

I would love to help you cross number 18 off that list as we get closer to trout time PM me and we can hit the Delaware River system. Have you ever caught a wild main stem rainbow... the McCloud strain? IMHO the browns on the D don’t fight as hard. You could kill two birds with one stone so to speak.
