Hello ericsong,

The videos from the home page should load directly into your default video player. The archived videos load automatically within the browser using Windows Media Player.

What application loads when you click on a video from the home page? Is it Windows Media Player, or something else? If it is, then downloading the newest version will likely solve the issue. You can download the new version of Windows Media Player from Microsoft.com.
