Use a (free) service like photobucket and upload your pics to that site.

Next step is to copy the IMG tag from your photobucket album into your message. These tags are listed under the thumbnails of your pictures at the photobucket website.

MK is right on. Copy your images up to a shared picture site. Right click on that picture and select properties and then highlight and copy the pic url (or link). Once you have that you can paste it in a forum. So in your message you would use the image tags [img] and paste the copied link in between...like this:

[img]"paste your link here"[/img]
