If your looking to get into spey casting then I would look for a used spey starter outfit as many people buy these setups and realize they don't like or don't need them. You could also go new if you shop around, many shops have been selling Redington Redfly Spey rods for well under $200. Make sure you match the rod and line to the type of fishing and waters you plan to use them on.
