I'd say that's a great start. Those are some good looking browns.

How do you like that Lamson (Velocity)? I bought a lite-speed this spring and love it.

I love it also...the drag is so smooth and I haven't had any problems with it. Beats the hell out of my old reels!! I still am getting used to casting with a lighter rod. It's amazing what a six inch difference can make in your casting...works though...I caught a bunch more browns this morning. I didn't take any pics because I was catching them on almost every cast. Got to love mornings like that.
