Hello EP fibers are a fly tying product produced by Enrico Puglisi. He maintains a website with his EP fiber products for sale there or you can simply do a google seach and find it at an online fly shop. Here is the address to his site hope this helps you out.

Do yourself a favor and get the EP fibers. They are a breeze to tie with and they lead to some very creative patterns. Also, the fibers do not absorb water and one back cast and they are light as a feather (no pun here).

EP fibers are great and they are great for big baitfish patterns. I like tying muskie/pike patterns with EP fibers to imitate a perch or other fish in the size range of 6-12 inches.
