I will be staying in silverthorne the week of august 15. I will fish the blue river and the colorado at parshall what should be happening on the rivers at this time of the year? What is fishing like on the blue north of silverthorne because usually I fish it in town? Where are some good public walk and wade accesses on the arkansas river? Fly Suggestions?

There is great access right in Silverthorne. Park at any of the factory outlet stores. There is a bike path that runs along the river.

The Arkansas has great access from Leadville all the way to Canon City.
