i am heading down to san francisco in about one week and i am looking for a saltwater 10 wt. reel and i can't decide to buy an orvis riptide and a nautilus nv. Both are priced the same but the nautilus is lighter, has more backing and a sealed drag but you guys know the standard tibor riptide has very nice look and the drag which is known of. the reel with be matched with a 10 wt fly line mostly for permit and tarpon here in ascencion bay.
thanks! |

| well, if there are reels that I admire then definitely are the Tibor ones. I have a Nautilus reel as well but if I have to pay the same price for one of them I would definitely opt for Tibor |
