September is one of my favorite months to fish, especially for trout. September is also a popular month to get married in. So when my friend Leighton asked me to be the best man at his wedding in Los Angeles on September 4, I figured it was a great opportunity for a fishing trip he he. I will be in San Francisco for a couple days following the wedding, but I have a ticket to Denver for September 9 and was planning on fishing for at least 10 days. I know plenty of good public access spots on a bunch of rivers throughout Colorado, but my only issue is that I am going solo and would really enjoy some company. Anyone interested in big trout? Let me know and meet me in Denver on the 9th.

I will be there later in the month with my dad. We are going to fish the eagle and co river for a few days then head west to the frying pan and the taylor. Just going to miss you. Let me know how you make out.

Have fun at the wedding I am heading to my second one of the month tonight. 5 hours north of portland. Gods country!!

good luck Dave.

I won't be able to do September 9th because I will be in RI with Jeremy. However, I may be able to do the end of September in CO. Joey call me and let me know what your plan is. If you are interested I may be able to join you guys. I lived in Colorado for several year but have not been back to the Pan or the Taylor in a while. At the very least I could hook you up with some killer Mysis patterns! Let me know.

I haven't fished in Colorado in years, still have some old pictures. I love it out there in Autum, but unfortunately or fortunately I'll be in Gaspe for Atlantic Salmon. I have to figure out a way to start out West in the Fall and end up in Gaspe in Sepyember. Maybe next year?

yo headrush...thx for the invite - but like jason said - we will be chasing the albies on the east coast....wish the two trips did not conflict -- would really enjoy bouncing around colorado with you.

PS - are you gonna try to get up to maine for the fall brookies?

PPS - oct - i am going to be in naples working on some stuff with mark...i want to do some tarpon fly fishing out of the kyaks with you....and also take a few casts into pond x after the sun goes down for some of those tarpon.
